He was back to getting hit hard again tonight. For the most part, Alderson has been good this year, but he’s had a few disastrous starts such as this one, so obviously there are some consistency issues. Robbie Grossman continues his impressive hitting. He now has a .322/.447/.496 line in 121 at-bats since his suspension in June.

He didn’t allow a homer in his last three starts, spanning 14 innings, but gave up three in one game back on June 24th.
