Texas right-hander Yoshinori Tateyama, who started the season on the disabled list, has been reinstated from the DL and optioned to Triple A. Tateyama was sidelined by a lower back strain. He was sent to Round Rock on a rehab assignment and had a perfect inning in his lone outing Friday. Tateyama split time with the Rangers and Round Rock last season.
