Once upon a time, the Toronto Blue Jays won back-to-back World Series (92 & 93) and led MLB in player payroll (93 & 95) and attendance (89-93). Ben Francisco has been traded to the North Pole. Okay, not really, just Toronto. The Blue Jays sent a 26 year old left-handed reliever to the Phillies in exchange.
