Jon Lester cruised through seven strong innings Thursday night and Jarrod Saltalamacchia added his third home run of the year as the Sox grabbed their sixth straight win and can now set their sights back on Boston. After all, that’s where an emotional homecoming will be waiting for them on Friday against the Kansas City Royals.
