Left-handed reliever Mike Gonzalez, has passed on the Rangers non-roster offer, T.R. Sullivan of MLB.com reports. Gonzalez just finished up a two-year $12mm deal that he signed with the Orioles prior to the 2010 season. He was traded to the Texas Rangers last season where he eventually tore the meniscus in his left knee late in the season with his knee completely giving out in game 7 of the World Series. Gonzalez though is rumored to be ready for Spring Training and is looking for a major league deal, according to his agent Scott Boras In 2011 for the Orioles and Rangers, he posted a 4.39 ERA, 8.6 K/9, 3.5 BB/9, 1.18 HR/9.
