If you're pinched for time and can't read the article in its entirety, here is a simple breakdown of it: - Arbitron's Personal People Meter estimated that 243,300 listeners tuned in to WLW-AM on Opening Day this year. That's an increase of 117% from the 112,000 average audience for games in 2011. - The club's Opening Day radio audience was the 9th-largest among MLB teams, trailing only the Yankees, Tigers, Cubs, Mets, Phillies, Red Sox, Indians and Giants. You'll probably notice that all eight of those teams are based in more populated cities. - WLW-AM pulled in a whopping 36.4% share in men ages 25-54 on Opening Day.
