Juan Oviedo and Roberto Hernandez - who were formerly known as Leo Nunez and Fausto Carmona, respectively - will likely be suspended by Major League Baseball for up to six weeks, sources told ESPN's Pedro Gomez on Monday. Both pitchers will be banned after they receive their visas and return to the United States, Gomez noted. The suspensions are believed to be part of the negotiations between the U.S. State Department and MLB. The pitchers are both residing in their native Dominican Republic. Oviedo had 36 saves and a 4.06 ERA last season for the now-Miami Marlins. Hernandez posted a 7-15 mark with a 5.25 ERA in 2011 with the Cleveland Indians.
