Ricky Romero will make his first minor league start on Saturday. Romero failed to make the Blue Jays rotation ater a disastorus spring and has been working in extended spring training since. Romero took a step back last season finishing the year with a 5.77 ERA and a 1.67 WHIP in 32 starts. The Blue Jays have Romero signed though 2016 and are hoping to rebuild the 28-year-olds mechanics in a fashion similiar to the way the organization rebuilt Roy Halladay.

The Blue Jays and Nats Are Struggling and I Couldn’t Be Happier

People just can’t seem to help themselves. Year after year we see teams stock up on players, or pay tons of money to superstars and everyone falls over themselves jumping on the bandwagon.
