According to sources close to Jerry Crasnick of ESPN, the Colorado Rockies agreed to a one-year, Major League deal with left handed pitcher Jeff Francis. The deal is pending physical. Francis, 31, went 6-7 with a 5.58 ERA, 4.27 FIP, 6.1 K/9, 1.8 BB/9 and 1.2 HR/9 in 113.0 innings throughout 24 starts for the Rockies in 2012.
