The Rockies' goal in 2012 is to find an elusive chemistry mix that went missing in '11. The Rox are undergoing major change, having gone through the rare step (for them) of trading away homegrown talent, such as star pitcher Ubaldo Jimenez last season, and catcher Chris Iannetta and third baseman Ian Stewart this winter.
