Eli's MLB Rumors:
The Rockies and Jorge De La Rosa have agreed to a one year deal worth 2 million dollars, avoiding arbitration. De La Rosa went 10-8 with a 4.92 ERA in 130 innings for the Rockies last season. He has the potential, if he can command his pitches better, to be a solid back-end of the rotation starter. This story was approved by MLB Rumors.
