The Kansas City Royals upped their record to 2-0 yesterday with an impressive 3-hit shutout against the loaded Tigers. Since 2-0 doesn't happen all that often for the lovable Royals, we couldn't pass up the opportunity to celebrate the milestone by taking a look back at other significant moments in the franchise's history.

* 1977 – Members of the Royals trash several hotel rooms with the Hanson brothers.
