Utility player Ryan Freel joined his sixth new organization in the last 10 months and is headed for a team that he’s not sure exists any longer. “I don’t know,” Freel said Monday. “I got this message that I’ve been traded to Montreal. But didn’t they move a few years ago?” In Kansas City, Freel narrowly escaped being impaled by a giant golf tee.
