Tigers starter Max Scherzer’s amazing season continued Monday night as his gem helped propel the Tigers to a 5-1 win over the Baltimore Orioles from Comerica Park.
However it wasn’t just another nice outing for Scherzer who this season has solidified himself as the No. 2 guy behind Justin Verlander.
After going 6 innings allowing 1 run on 7 hits while striking out 10, Scherzer earned his 10th win of the season becoming the first Tigers pitcher since 1909 to accomplish this feet.
