Seth Smith: A deeper look, part 2

Seth Smith went to college at Ole Miss on a football scholarship. However Smith never took a snap in three seasons due to the presence of Eli Manning. Instead Smith was allowed to play baseball where he would find his true calling. Smith was selected in the second round of the Amatuer draft by the Colorado Rockies after finishing 9th on the Ole Miss career list in hits.
