It was a very nice come from behind win last night for the San Francisco Giants. The way Houston has been playing all year, I was expecting some kind of melt down from them. It took a couple of big clutch hits from Joaquin Arias and Hector Sanchez to get the win for the Giants. The G-men are 15-5 on the road since the All Star break. That’s the best road record since the break in the Majors. Lets hope that hot streak continues on this road trip, and they can stretch their lead in the NL West to more than 3.5 games over the Dodgers.Reliever Guillermo Mota was activated yesterday after his 100-game suspension. Mota is a two time offender with PED’s, which means he’d get a lifetime ban if he tests positive again. Jeremy Affeldt was placed on paternity leave to make room for Mota. Affeldt can only get a total of 3 days on paternity leave.For those of you that have forgot about Aubrey Huff, he’s still part of the Giants organization. Huff will be activated on Saturday.
