The St. Louis Cardinals have played the first two series of the year without third baseman and 2011 World Series hero David Freese, who started the season on the disabled list with a sore back. But it does not look as though the Cardinals will have to wait much longer to get him back. The first time the fans of St. Louis get to greet the 2013 team, they will see David Freese in the home whites as well. It is widely believed that Freese will be activated for Monday's home opener at Busch Stadium against division rival Cincinnati Reds. Sounds like it. Coming off a 3-3 road trip that could have been much better (losing a 1-0 game and another one in 16 innings after blowing 4 leads) or...
