The Marlins are still scorching especially with their 13-3 victory over the Cubs Saturday afternoon which was led by one of the Marlins young gun outfielders, Mike Stanton. Stanton had his first multi-HR game of the season. He hit a solo shot in the fourth and a three-run home run in the following inning. Stanton ended up going 3-for-5 on the day with four RBI and two runs scored. Logan Morrison hit a three-run home run as well but it was in the sixth inning. Hanley Ramirez finished 3-for-4. All three hits coming on doubles. He had three RBI as well. Starter Javier Vazquez pitched another good game and he really needed it. He struck out 10 batters in seven innings picking up his sixth win of the season. Florida and Chicago wrap up the series Sunday.
