The Nationals Cannot Pay Their Rent

If you didn't surmise this from the title, the Nationals cannot pay their rent. When I first heard about this story I desperately kept trying to think of something witty to say about it. I tried and tried but could not think of anything. I mean how does one make a joke about the team with the worst record in baseball, the worst TV ratings in baseball that resides in the worst part of DC (historically) not being able to pay their rent. I just cannot fathom how I could make a joke about someone in Southeast not paying their rent. This is likea Rubik's cube or something. Jeez, do you guys have anything?
