You can bid on a game-worn Luis Heredia jersey. The State College Spikes and MILB auctions are auctioning off game worn jerseys of Pirates prospects from the 2010-2012 seasons. There will be two auctions, with one running from February 1st through February 14th, and the second running from February 15th through February 28th. Some of the top prospects in the system have jerseys included in this auction. Among the big names are Josh Bell, Alen Hanson, Luis Heredia, Starling Marte, Gregory Polanco, and Jameson Taillon. The details of the auctions, and all of the players who will have jerseys up for sale, can be found below. From February 1 at 9 a.m. ET to February 14 at 5 p.m. ET the following jerseys will be up for bid: Stetson Allie (#48 Home White, 2010-11 Season), Josh Bell (#35 Alternate Red, 2011 Season), Matt Curry (#54 Alternate Red, 2010 Season), Alex Dickerson (#57 Alternate Red, 2011 Season), Alen Hanson (#16 Home White, 2011 Season), Luis Heredia (#55 Home White, 2012 Season), Starling Marte (#6 Home White, 2012 Season – MLB Rehab Assignment), Gregory Polanco (#26 Home White, 2011 Season), Adalberto Santos (#50 Alternate Red, 2010 Season), Jameson Taillon (#43 Home White, 2010 Season), Zack Von Rosenberg (#32 Alternate Red, 2010 Season) From February 15 at 9 a.m. ET to February 28 at 5 p.m. ET the following jerseys will be up for bid: Stetson Allie (#48 Alternate Red, 2010-11 Season), Matt Curry (#54 Home White, 2010 Season), Alex Dickerson (#57 Alternate Red, 2011 Season), Alen Hanson (#16 Alternate Red, 2011 Season), Nick Kingham (#31 Alternate Red, 2011 Season), Taylor Lewis (#25 Home White, 2011 Season), Gregory Polanco (#26 Alternate Red, 2011 Season), Mel Rojas Jr. (#53 Home White, 2010 Season), Jameson Taillon (#43 Alternate Red, 2010 Season), Zack Von Rosenberg (#32 Home White, 2010 Season) Each jersey has a minimum bid price and bids will be set to increase by $15. The high bidder when the auction ends will win the jersey and will have the jersey shipped ($12.95 will be added to the final bid price to cover shipping) along with a letter of authenticity.
