LA Times:
Dodgers face the Cincinnati Reds, managed by old friend Dusty Baker, in a three-game series at Dodger Stadium starting Monday.
When outfielder Dusty Baker joined the Dodgers in 1976, the Reds were their greatest rivals. Both teams played in the National League West then, and one or the other represented the NL in the World Series from 1974 to '78. Now Baker is the Reds' manager, trying to keep the club from its ninth consecutive losing season. Bronson Arroyo has given up the most runs of any pitcher in the NL, and Aaron Harang has given up the most hits. The Reds' scheduled starter Monday is more famous for his hitting than his pitching: Micah Owings has seven extra-base hits, including three home runs, in 45 at-bats this season. He is 6-9 with a 4.94 ERA this season, 20-26 with a 4.96 ERA in his career.
