Tigers star Miguel Cabrera says he's focusing only on the final scheduled game of the season when asked about a bruise and cut on his left cheek. Cabrera declined to say Sunday why his face took the brunt of something between Friday and Saturday's games against the Chicago White Sox. Detroit general manager Dave Dombrowski discussed the matter with Cabrera, adding it was a personal situation and he couldn't discuss it further publicly.
