Could the Tigers welcome back an old friend to fill their second base needs?
According to Jayson Stark of ESPN, the Tigers may look at one of their own former infielders and current Miami Omar Infante if in fact the Marlins decide it’s time to sell.

Prior to this it was reported by FOX Sports’ Ken Rosenthal that the Tigers may focus more on pitching at the deadline since the current second base options on the trade market aren’t very appealing.
