There’s nothing like sitting in the sun on a warm June day watching a baseball game.  The smell of the freshly cut grass.  The crack of the bat.  The goose bumps you get when Jeter goes deep in the hole and makes his patented jump throw to get the batter out. There’s no wonder that baseball players attract some of the hottest women around.  And most of them couldn’t care less about the crack of the bat or the smell of the grass.  They’re out there working on their tan…and that’s perfectly fine. The IASID researchman has selected and individually voted on baseball’s top 25 wives and girlfriends for the 2013 season.  Feel free to give us your top five in the comments section. 25.  Stephenie LaGrossa Wife of Philadelphia Phillies’ starting pitcher Kyle Kendrick   24.  Dallas Latos Wife of Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher Mat Latos   23.  Julianna Zobrist Wife of Tampa Bay Rays outfielder/2Bman Ben Zobrist   22.  Leigh Williams Wife of New York Yankees first baseman Mark Teixeira   21.  Amber Seyer Wife of San Francisco Giants starting pitcher Barry Zito   20.  Brooke Sorenson Wife of Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Laynce Nix   19.  Aubree Gerardi Girlfriend of Houston Astros starting pitcher Bud Norris   18.  Nicole Vogelsong Wife of San Francisco Giants starting pitcher Ryan Vogelsong   17.  Krystie Campbell Wife of Philadelphia Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard   16.  Lindsay Clubine Wife of Boston Red Sox starting pitcher Clay Buchholz     15.  Emily Grienke Wife of Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Zack Grienke     14.  Joanna Garcia Wife of Cleveland Indians first baseman Nick Swisher     13.  Heidi Hamels Wife of Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher Cole Hamels     12.  Amanda McCarthy Wife of Chicago Cubs starting pitcher Brandon McCarthy     11.  Diana Roberts Wife of Baltimore Orioles second baseman Brian Roberts     10.  Larisa Fraser Fiancee of Milwaukee Brewers left fielder Ryan Braun     9.  Laura McKeeman Girlfriend of Colorado Rockies second baseman Josh Rutledge and Fox Sports sideline reporter     8.  Kayla Varner Girlfriend of Washington Nationals left fielder Bryce Harper     7.  Lauren Anderson Girlfriend of Colorado Rockies infielder Reid Brignac, Playmate of the Month in July 2002     6.  Kate Upton Girlfriend (maybe) of Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander, SI Swimsuit cover model 2012 and 2013     5.  Paige Brendel Girlfriend of Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Brett Lawrie     4.  Kim DeJesus Wife of Chicago Cubs center fielder David DeJesus     3.  Hannah Davis Girlfriend of New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter, DirecTV genie     2.  Jamie Edmondson Wife of Tampa Bay Rays third baseman Evan Longoria, Playmate of the Month January 2010     1.  Molly Beers Fiancee of New York Mets third baseman David Wright   So, how’d I do?
