By JON KRAWCZYNSKI AP Baseball Writer After the kind of season Matt Capps endured as the Minnesota Twins closer, many pitchers would look for a change of scenery in free agency. Capps wanted a second chance. He got it from general manager Terry Ryan, who re-signed Capps as the closer this season after Joe Nathan left for the Texas Rangers. Capps says he was heartened by the show of faith and is determined to prove that last season was a fluke. Capps blew seven of his 22 save chances last year and was 4-7 with a 4.25 ERA. He says he felt like he ''let a lot of people down.'' When the Twins approached him about returning, he jumped at the opportunity for second chance.
