The Minnesota Twins have signed right-handed starter Jason Marquis to a one-year deal worth $3 million.Marquis is joining his fifth team in as many seasons. The 33-year-old spent last 2011 between the Washington Nationals and Arizona Diamondbacks, going 8-6 with a 4.43 ERA in 132 innings.Marquis' best season came in 2004, when he won 16 games with a 3.71 ERA with the St. Louis Cardinals.Marquis is 104-98 in 12 major-league seasons.
