Verlander, 28, was the only one of more than 100 celebrities to correctly predict the outcome of the Super Bowl, including the final score, in a Scripps Howard poll. He nailed it: Giants 21, Patriots 17. Soon we'll see if Verlander can nail down another prolific season with the Tigers. Pitchers and catchers report to spring training in Lakeland, Fla., on Feb. 19.
