We could still WIN A SERIES

So yesterday's 2-1 loss was certainly a bit disappointing for the Pirates, especially after Ross Ohlendorf's good outing in what might be his last start of 2009. Well, it was at least as disappointing as losses get for teams like the Pirates this late in the season, I suppose. What's important now is that they can still win their first series in what seems like at least a decade by beating the Padres at 1:35 today. Paul Maholm and Kevin Correia go at it in what is sure to be the most ... I dunno ... something? game this afternoon.
