As the Yankees are slowly crippling every month, in every way possible, the future of it’s current stars are beginning to be questioned. With constant injuries, legal issues, and a lack of progression this season, one famed Yankee might be seeing the door out next year. RELATED ARTICLE: SHOULD YANKEES TRADE CANO TO DODGERS? The Yankees are currently in fourth place in AL East with a record of 60-57 just above the .500 line. The year started off with the absence of Rodriguez, Jeter, Granderson, Teixeira and newly departed Nick Swisher who had been a solid Yankee for them for three years. The year has been overall disappointing for the Bronx Bombers besides the play of 5x all star Robinson Cano. Cano has been having an MVP year. His batting has been phenomenal getting a hit 3 out of 10 times he is at the plate. With the current money the team owes to many of its players in the next few years, and with an unclear future of how to move forward, it may be a good move for both the Yankees...
