It seems like GM Kenny Williams plays a flip-flop game every year come deadline time.  Are the White Sox buyers or sellers?  If you recall two years ago they went out and added guys such as Alex Rios and Jake Peavy when it didn’t seem like they had a considerable chance at a playoff run.  This year, the White Sox currently sit a mere three and a half games out of the division lead, so you’d think Williams would be a sure-fire buyer on the market.  Not so fast!  This is the White Sox we’re talking about. The Sox completed a trade today with Toronto sending starter Edwin Jackson and utility player Mark Teahan for a reliever and a prospect.  Manager Ozzie Guillen has also announced that slumping outfielder Alex Rios will be staying on the bench for the near future in favor of prospect Alejando De Aza.  What’s going on here?  These moves look like the acts of a team that plans on rebuilding instead of a team that plans on c...
