Chicago White Sox catcher Ramon Castro left Saturday's game against the Minnesota Twins with an apparent hand injury.
A.J. Pierzynski replaced Castro, who went 1-for-2 prior to departing.
The 17th overall pick of the 1994 draft, Castro entered the game batting .227 with four homers and 10 RBIs.
