The Chicago White Sox have traded closer Sergio Santos to the Toronto Blue Jays for pitching prospect Nestor Molina. The teams announced the deal Tuesday at the winter meetings. Santos had 30 saves for the White Sox last season. The 28-year-old right-hander went 4-5 with a 3.55 ERA in 63 games. Santos was in Toronto's minor league system from 2006-08 as a shortstop.
