New York Yankee supporters shouldn't expect to see veteran pitcher Roy Oswalt in pinstripes next season.Reports out of New York suggest the club is "very worried" about Oswalt's history of back problems. The free-agent righthander has two degenerative disks in his lower back and has had a series of cortisone shots over the years. The 34-year-old was limited to 23 starts with the Philadelphia Phillies this season, going 9-10 with a 3.69 ERA over 139 innings. The Phillies declined his $16-million option for the 2012 season, paying him a $2-million buyout instead. The Yankees are looking to bolster their starting rotation for next season. They've already secured their ace, signing lefty CC Sabathia to a contract extension that will see him earn $122 million over the next five years.
