It is no secret that the New York Yankees are in need of left-handed hitting outfielders this offseason.
One name they have been linked to that fits this bill is star Korean slugger Jung-Hoo Lee, according to MLB insider Jon Morosi.

As Morosi reported, the Yankees and San Francisco Giants are showing interest in Lee, who is expected to be posted by the KBO in the coming days.
Lee, 25, and his lefty bat would be a perfect fit in the Yankees' outfield, which is an area that general manager Brian Cashman said the team is trying to make multiple additions.
In seven KBO seasons (884 games), Lee slashed .340/.407/.491 and won five Gold Glove Awards as an outfielder. He also won KBO MVP in 2022 and Rookie of the Year in 2017.
The Yankees have also been linked to Cody Bellinger and now Lee, who are both left-handed hitting outfielders.
