According to ESPN, the NY Yankees are pondering voiding Jason Giambi's contract due to a clause in his contract that lets his contract be voided if it is determined he used illegal performance-enhancing drugs after he signed his contract, in 2001. It's brought up because of his critical comments on how the MLB is dealing with their steroid issue this week
