The Yankees will play the Tampa Bay Rays today in some Grapefruit League action down in Tampa, Fla., from George M. Steinbrenner Field. News broke earlier in the day that Derek Jeter will likely start the season on the DL, so get used to seeing Eduardo Nunez penciled in at shortstop in the upcoming weeks. Robinson Cano has the day off to rest, following the WBC. Righty Adam Warren gets the start. Here is the rest of the lineup:

Derek Jeter is still experiencing soreness in his ankle and it appears he will be on the disabled list when the Yankees begin their season.
New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter got back on the field in Tampa on Friday to take part in batting and fielding drills after being scratched from Tuesday’s lineup.
He commented on the plan to ship him to the minors for the rest of spring training and the status of his ankle.
