And thanks to a good performance by CC Sabathia and a late-offensive surge, the Yanks came away with the win 13-3.In the bottom of the first the Yanks got out to an early lead when Alex Rodriguez doubled off the wall to score Mark Teixeira. That lead would quickly slip away though as CC Sabathia allowed 2 runs in the second. CC then allowed another run in the fourth to put the Orioles up 3-1, but then the Yankees came back with 2 runs in the fourth on a two-run single by Melky Cabrera.CC would then settle down, and that let the Yankees offense slip right pass the Orioles. In the sixth with the game tied, Hideki Matsui lined a two-run single of his own, to put the Yankees on top 5-3.Then the Yanks would put the game way out of reach in the eighth scoring...
