New York Yankees catcher Francisco Cervelli has suffered a setback in his recovery from a concussion and likely will miss the postseason. Cervelli suffered the concussion in a collision Sept. 8 and was placed on the disabled list. He had a stretch in the middle of the month where he was symptom-free for three days, saw a neurologist and resumed workouts. "He threw and did some catching stuff, and some of the symptoms came back," Yankees manager Joe Girardi told reporters Monday. "The health is always the biggest issue, more than any postseason. We’ve got to get this kid healthy." Cervelli's absence virtually assures a psotseason roster spot for veteran Jorge Posada, whose status was in question regarding October. Posada has been a part of the team's last five championships but was moved to designated hitter with the offseason acquisition of Russell martin and has struggled, batting .239 with 14 homers and 44 RBI playing primarily against righthand...
