It was quite strange to see Kevin Youkilis wearing pinstripes and having his face cleanly shaven for the last 4 days as the Red Sox took 2 out of 3 against the Yankees. Youkilis commented on the Red Sox after the series ended on Thursday. Youkilis talked about the performances put in by Lester and Buchholz, Youk said "It’s only one start, so you really can’t tell, but I just think, as everyone knows, those are the guys that are going to make them click this year,If those guys go well, the team will do a lot better. If they don’t, it’s probably not going to be a good year for them. They’re the top dogs on that team". While Youkilis is a member of the Yankees this season he still remembers his 8 years with the Red Sox and has already said that he wishes them the best of luck this year.
