Zambrano's Temper Must Go

Say what you want about Zambrano's pitching ability and the fact that he can hit 2 or 3 homers a year, but this dude can't figure it out. Watching the Cubs day in and day out, I don't understand why this guy hasn't figured out that when he lets his temper get the best of him his game goes to shit. Tonight against the Reds he tries to beat out a groundball to first and then after he is called out, promptly throws his helmet to the ground and gives up 2 runs the following half inning. I hope they re-sign this guy, but I do not understand why he cannot figure this out. I would like to see a stat on his pitching numbers after he gets a basehit or an extra basehit. I imagine his E.R.A. is higher than normal. Check out this slide of Zambrano.......I still like the guy.....just frustrated.
