Twins reassign Benson, Manship to Triple-A
The spring training roster continues to shrink for the Minnesota Twins, as they made four cuts Tuesday.
Outfielder Joe Benson and right-hander Jeff Manship were both optioned to Triple-A Rochester. The Twins also reassigned catcher Rene Rivera and infielder Pedro Florimon to the minor league camp.
