According to Comcast SportsNet’s Andrew Baggarly, outfielder Justin Christian has cleared waivers and has re-signed with the San Francisco Giants as a non-roster invitee to spring training.

Giants outfielder Justin Christian designated for assignment, just days after appearing at FanFest
Just five days after professing his love for the organization, Giants outfielder Justin Christian has been designated for assignment by the club, according to a tweet from San Jose Mercury reporter Andrew Baggarly.
The move was made so the Giants could reconcile their 40-man roster, after they officially added infielder Ryan Theriot and reliever Guillermo Mota today.
