Cincinnati Reds claim UT Jake Elmore, DFA RHP Nick Christiani

The Cincinnati Reds just claimed utility player Jake Elmore from the Oakland Athletics and have designated RHP Nick Christiani for assignment. Nick Christiani had a 5.54 ERA in 13.0 innings with the Reds this season and posted a 7.71 ERA in 18.2 innings with Louisville in 2014, though he’s really only struggled in the four outings leading up to his being sent to the disabled list...

Christiani Perfect as D'Dogs Win
