2010 Draft Rewind: Ryan Fraser, 16th Rounder

In the 2010 MLB draft, the Mets chose RHP Ryan Fraser in the 16th round with the 482nd overall pick.  This was the second time Ryan had been selected. In 2006, Ryan was chosen in the 49th round by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, but did not sign. After Ryan signed with the Mets, he was assigned to the Brooklyn Cyclones (A-) of the New York Penn League where he appeared in 21 games out...
