Nationals trade Cedeno to Dodgers

WASHINGTON (AP) The Washington Nationals traded left-handed pitcher Xavier Cedeno to the Los Angeles Dodgers on Wednesday for cash. Washington announced the move before its game with the St. Louis Cardinals. The 28-year old Cedeno has pitched in 25 games with the Nationals over the past three years with no record and a 3.38 ERA in 16 innings. The team designated Cedeno for assignment on April 14.
