Raphael Assuncao might be wondering why he didn't move to bantamweight sooner. Wednesday night in the UFC Fight Night: Maia vs. Shields main card opener, the Alpharetta, Georgia resident originally from Recife, Brazil collected his fifth consecutive victory in the 135-pound weight class, edging out Team Alpha Male representative T.J. Dillashaw in a back-and-forth battle that earned Fight of the Night honors. No word yet on whether or not that's how the UFC plans to approach things, but kudos to Assuncao for putting the ideas out there.

A former lightweight and featherweight contender, Assuncao has seen...
