UFC officials announced today that Joey Beltran will face James Te Huna at UFC on FUEL TV 4 July 11th in San Jose, California. Beltran, returning as a light heavyweight, replaces Brandon Vera, Te Huna’s original opponent, who now faces Mauricio “Shogun” Rua in the main event of UFC on FOX 4.

Beltran, a former heavyweight, was released from the promotion in January after dropping four of his last five fights. Since his release, Beltran dropped to light heavyweight and defeated Anton Talamantes by decision at C3 Fights in April.
