Ryan Bader Gives An Update
Was really looking forward to seeing Bader fight Glover Teixeira, and it is to bad he had to pull out of that fight with a knee injury. Maybe that fight will still happen but in the mean time it is nice to hear Ryan is doing well and can start upping his training in the next three weeks. Thanks to TheFightBusiness for the video.
