The ten-year legal battle that included two major lawsuits headed by Cung Le and Kajan Johnson, and involved almost all the fighters who have performed since December 16, 2010, was settled this past week for $335 million.
The case was supposed to go to court next month. The settlement leaves a lot of questions because the terms of the settlement past the monetary amount won’t be revealed for 30 to 45 days.
The settlement was the 51st largest class action or antitrust settlement in the history of the U.S., yet the reaction from most when the number came out seemed to be disappointing.
