The TRT discussion is a tough one. No one really has all the information, everyone is quick to make declarative statements. As Luke Rockhold said, TRT did not help Vitor land that head kick shown above, but you have to believe it helped the 36-year-old train better, harder and longer. Therein lies the gray area. Most fans and pundits of the sport are bashing Vitor and his TRT usage, and that may be what you get when you scream out “I feel so strong!” after a particularly impressive victory. But Vitor seems to have been reading his critics, and he spoke to MMA Junkie so he could make his counterpoint.
